Marilou's passion is supporting early career researchers to enhance their competititveness. She achieves this goal via two key roles at the ULiège Research, Innovation, Support & Enterprise unit: as Grants Adviser for the ERC and MSCA programmes, and as trainer for the Professional Skills for Research Leadership course.
