📝 Main Responsibilities
- Managing the mailbox
- Corresponding with internal and external entities
- Ensuring an efficient follow up of the CR meetings
- Backup of the Finance Manager
✅ Tasks
- Prepare, schedule and assist to all the CR meetings (ODJ)
- Take efficient and accurate notes
- Reply to emails
- Managing the mailbox and ask other members to clean old emails when they send it a long time ago
- Attribute the ECTS to the members for their doctoral training

- all ReD’s manager to be able to update the agenda before each CR meeting
- the Finance Manager (back-up)
