Communication Manager


Help ensuring a good functioning and coordination within the Communication Team and with the different projects on our platforms! 

Support ReD’s communication with the com’ cell! Interact with ARD, the doctoral office, manage content for our site, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook page. Let your creativity run wild and create the virtual content of ReD!

This position allows you to develop your way of speaking within the institution, exchange with members of the university from all walks of life, be on the front line to help doctoral students in need, write annual events or allow dissemination activities or initiatives launched by project groups ...

📝  Main Responsibilities

  • To supervise the social media and the web delegates, meetings and schedule
  • To collaborate to the promotion of ReD and its services, events, and projects
  • To ensure a communication up-to-date in the respect of the graphic charter and deadlines

✅  Tasks

  • Creating a schedule for posts of the different ReD events and projects
  • Developing and implementing a social media strategy for efficient use
  • Dispatching the different tasks to the social media and web support managers
  • Coming up with solutions and sharing new promotional ideas
  • Managing the Communication Calendar and Trello to keep it up-to-date regarding your task
  • Planning the Communication Team’s meetings
  • Maintaining a regular contact with the ReD Board by assisting on a regular basis to the different meetings or to read the meetings’ notes

  • Other ReD managers at monthly meetings and active members wishing to organize events within ReD.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Social Media mechanics
  • Organisational skills
