The secretary ensures efficient administrative practices within the ReD.
The managers meet regularly (minimum once or twice a month) in order to organise events, discuss current issues and come up with new ideas to improve the network. Some members of the coordinating team have a fixed role (communication, finance or network, for example) and others prefer to propose various projects and participate in their realization.
This is a relatively large commitment.

The Public Relation Manager is the face and the voice of the ReD !
This coordination manages the communication channels of the ReD (Facebook page, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, the newsletters, the website).
This coordination manages the budget allocated to the network and keeps an eye on the accounts. It distributes funding fairly among the various events.
The Project Manager mainly supervises the Working Group delegates.
The Coordination Manager ensures a good communication with the PhD candidates of each faculty through the relays of the ReD.
